Birth pools can be used for home or hospital births. The benefits to labouring and birthing in a pool are evidence based. Some of these benefits include: increased comfort in labour, decreased request for pain management medication, decreased liklihood of intervention, decreased risk of severe perineal tearing, increased birth satistfaction, and ease of baby's transition from womb to world. 

Birth Pool Kit comes with everything you need to have this comfort measure at your fingertips. East Step-by-Step instructions will have the birth pool set up and filled in about 30 minutes. 

 

Kit inclues:

  • hose for filling, seperate hose for draining

  • Air Pump for filling pool

  • Sump Pump for draining

  • Disposable plastic liner

  • Thermometer

  • Debris Scooper

INVESTMENT: $175 plus tax

Extra fee for drop off/pick up service is $25 each way
